Confirmed from Promenade Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
18-acre park offering a playground, soccer/softball fields, picnic areas & tennis/basketball courts.
What runners say about Promenade Park
“They do have bathrooms, but they aren't clean at all.”
“There isn't any shade or canopy for the playground.”
Peaceful, great walking paths (paved), just an overall peaceful park, benches are spread throughout the park, came across a couple cute animals while I was walking..photos/videos attached 😀
Great place for kids and adults. Playgrounds, baseball field, soccer, hiking trails, dog friendly. Great for outdoor sports and exercise. No gazebos or built in BBQ that I saw, but the location is adjacent to several restaurants and shopping centers
Promenade community park is in the heart of Corona, riverside, a huge park with great area to have fun, run, BBQ, restrooms and shelters for outdoors picnic and walking your dogs, there is a small hiking trail on a hill that you can see almost half of Corona on top, takes like 10 minutes or less to go up the hill,…
Nice park for the evening when the sun is down. There isn't any shade or canopy for the playground. I feel that should just be standard here in IE. There is this trail next to the park that you can climb that's pretty neat.
Trail conditions & character
“Lots of family memories and lots to do from a short mountain climb to baseball, gazebos for parties and all the rides the kids love.”
“They do have bathrooms, but they aren't clean at all.”
“There isn't any shade or canopy for the playground.”
“Early morning there aren't a lot of people, nice to walk dog or exercise.”
“This playground needs more lights for children to play at night time just to be safe.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadrestrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
