Entrance fee is $10 as of January 1st 2026. It's hard to believe this is Georgia. Very cool place to spend a day hiking and enjoying nature. It was a bit noisy for us as they were working on the camping wagons and cabins on January 7th 2026.

Fantastic state park with vividly colored walls. When you enter, you will see a sign with a QR code. Scan the code and you can pay the $10 entry fee online. From the visitor center you go to the sidewalk by the fence, walk right and you will see a trail leading down to the canyon floor.
Providence Canyon State Park is a beautiful and unique spot for a day outdoors with the family. The canyon views are amazing, and the colorful rock walls feel like something out of the Southwest.
