Confirmed from Pullman Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Pullman Trailhead
Loved this trail! Great location (walking distance from our Airbnb on Mineral Street), makes you wish you lived in the neighborhood 😍 Plenty of switchbacks to help you up to the top of the hill. Could’ve stopped at any point to just take in the scenery and natural beauty.
Our family had a great time hiking this trail. We even spotted a buck. Just FYI we are not pros and the trail is kinda rugged and for me, strenuous. Great memories though.
Plenty of parking. Bikes allowed on Pullman trail (0.8 miles) to connect to rest of Northwoods trail system. Can also hike from here about 0.3 miles to Sunset Trail (bikes not allowed on Sunset trail).
I took Miss Allie with me, not thinking about hills. We went a little bit and came back. It's rugged and we weren't dressed for the occasion. I'll drag a 2 legged (hubby) with me next time. 😉
