Confirmed from Rathdrum Mountain Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Hike-able park, disc golf course and mountain bike spot with picnic tables and a brook.
What runners say about Rathdrum Mountain Park
“Beautiful views, great trail that is well maintained, and will be nice in summer time because it’s mostly shaded.”

It can get confusing so do yourself a favor and don't trust alltrails maps. There is a host site in the parking lot. Scan the qr code so you can get the real map of the mountain. Also you have to go past the gate to get to the top of the mountain but it will be at least an extra 2 miles past the gate to get to the top.
I love this trail. There are options for a shorter or longer hike. Neither are too strenuous but there side trails if you are looking for something more adventurous.
This is a great place to hike! I love that there is a host there to keep our vehicles safe and to help us figure out which trail(s) to take.
New trail system for north Idaho! More hiking than singletrack MTB trails right now. More singletrack is in the works, 12.5 miles! Rathdrum City Parks is working on establishing more trails currently. One loop that is completed is a great workout with some singletrack coming down.
