We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Red Fox Ravine yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Red Fox Ravine
Local easy-to-moderate difficulty hiking path being developed by Kingston Land Trust. Short, enjoyable, free & easily accessible with unique multi-use pavilion structure & unique views. Limited access to off-path sites being developed with great potential for future use. Use caution on paths beyond pavilion site.
Pretty cool surprise, wasn't expecting the trail to be so good. Interesting cave, awesome view up top, and random stage that I'm assuming has killer acoustics with the rock wall around it. I'd love to plug in and rip on that natural rock Royal Albert hall type amphitheater!
Very cool spot - an old quarry would be my guess. Rock walls surround a wooden shelter / stage with some short trails throughout. It has a lot of potential. Excited to see what it becomes.
