Confirmed from Richard Fleming Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Richard Fleming Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (275 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 6 mentions

“The restrooms are always clean and smell good, just a lot of water on the floor and sometimes the toilets don't flush like they are supposed to (on their own).”

🏞️ beautiful scenery 6 mentions

“It was a great scenic spot to be surrounded by beautiful nature and plenty of vendors.”

🌾 quiet & peaceful 4 mentions

“it's just an all around beautiful park to visit and enjoy some fresh air, nature walks, quiet time, fish and adventure time.”

Caught a nice-sized bass and a small one. Enough areas to walk the bank. Water was free of debris. Didn't have issues getting hung up on things. Although there were a few lines (bottom fishing) caught in the trees. Wished the fellow fishermen would cleanup their mess.

If you like nature and trees and just beautiful park energy, this park is the go to. It's right off of the road and has a soccer field, a cool park - listen that slide is super fun, very steep and can be compared to a mini roller coaster 😂😂 my 3 year old and I love it.

★★★★★ — Phenomenal , Dec 2022

Though I did not explore the park for its fishing or boating, I did walk around on the trail path going into the lake. It was a very nice area for the most part and looked well maintained, better than most of the park trails/paths I have been on. The area was very pretty and full of a lot of wildlife.

★★★★☆ — Cooper , Nov 2020

Place to put in boats for fishing, asphalt smooth road loops around, woodsy, playground. Gals should walk in twos. Neighbors & fishermen know about.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🏞️ Scenic views 6 mentions
