Confirmed from Ridgeline Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Popular, well-maintained area for mountain biking and hiking with trails that offer a view of the Meadows.
What runners say about Ridgeline Trail
“Great views of Castle Rock and the meadows subdivision.”
“Great easy trail with some good views.”
A nice trail with numerous splits. Did about two hours on the trail. Easy to moderate. Great for a cool pre-spring day!
This is a good hike with multiple branches to the trail. You can do a long 5+ mile hike or a shorter one mile hike. Great views of Castle Rock and the meadows subdivision.
If you're getting into practicing some trail runs, this one is a good beginner. It has plenty of downs with a number of hills but not too difficult. The climbs can sometimes lead to walking pace, especially on the back half of green, but overall a great accessible trail for running or dog walks. About 9-9.
Been here quite a few times, I really like this trail system. Pretty well maintained, decent view of the Meadows, and I always seem to find some friends 🦌! Keep in mind, there is little to no shade so bring the spf and water during the summer.
