We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of River Walk yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about River Walk
“Beautiful walk - easy to find parking and get a lot of steps in - we did 5 miles and there was plenty more to go.”
Great for walking especially on really hot days. The shade comforts you as stroll down the River Walk. Very beautiful homes and scenery. Wildlife such as hawks, raccoons, lizards, and heron are here to see depending on what time of day you start your walk on the river. Highly recommend this place !
Absolutely gorgeous, especially on a beautiful sunny day with plenty of areas to sit and enjoy by the river. They have hammock hooks around too so you can enjoy it laying outside. There's a lof of area to lay out a picnic blanket and it's a beautiful path to walk.
