Confirmed from Riverfront Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Riverfront Park

Cute park Beautiful views of the water Swings near the water to sit and enjoy all the scenery. Places to fish, bike, walk. Playground area for kids up to 10 Gorgeous amphitheater and the mosaic type design in the middle of the courtyard. Cannot wait to go back and spend more time exploring.
This is such a great park. There is so much to do here. I enjoyed sitting on the bench swings and looking at the river. The trail is nice. It goes right next to the river. The playground is big and has a lot to do.
River Front Park Has A Park, River Walk Path, Duck Watch, Fish Dock. And Movie Theater All In One. It's a great place for your family to go make memories or just you solo having a wonderful time to yourself enjoying the greatness of nature.
I saw Katmandu at the burn run, they're an exceptional group. The bass stands out, the sax is also outstanding and the drummer kills it, keyboard was banging and vocals unbeatable. All around one of Michigan's best.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
