Confirmed from Roberts Community Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Clean park featuring baseball and soccer fields, plus playgrounds, picnic tables, BBQ grills and a disc golf course.
What runners say about Roberts Community Park
“The bathrooms are new and clean with a pavilion as well, with picnic tables.”
“Beautiful park with a cute little pond and a nice trail.”
“A nice quiet place that me and family enjoy visiting often.”
“They're also dog friendly, as long as they stay on a leash.”
It looks like they have a couple of great walking paths, bathrooms were unlocked and very tidy. If you go across to the other side there are also parks and it looks like a baseball diamond. They're also dog friendly, as long as they stay on a leash.
Nice park our granddaughter played softball there, our grandson played soccer there. Walking trail, a brand new Pavilion. Nice addition. Ample parking. Everything was clean, grass was mowed and trimmed! Picnic area, play area for younger kids! Restrooms at the Pavilion and over by the Picnic area!
This park was extremely nice and clean I have not been back in that part of the parking number of years I used to come in off bacon road and Gratiot it was a small little park in the back but now they have soccer fields and baseball fields little small pond plenty of area to walk and site see
Nice park. Huge. With a small lake. I went to the farmer’s market event that is every Monday from 4 pm to 7 pm running through mid October: There’s produce and baked food with 3 food trucks. And other venders like handmade crochet and hand made bracelets and keychains.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
