Confirmed from Rolling Hills Wetland Loop's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Rolling Hills Wetland Loop
“Nice little walk, very quiet first thing in the morning.”
Nice little walk, very quiet first thing in the morning. Even with the lack of rain recently there was a little mud on the trail, do I imagine after it rains areas of the trail likely flood a bit. My pup enjoyed it, though I wouldn't go there after it rains.
I use a mobility scooter so I am not usually able to make a hike with my husband. I loved this short trail because even with a few puddles, I was able to make my way around the whole thing. It's not very long. We saw a snapping turtle, lots of beautiful trees and flowers and we heard a lot of enchanting bird calls.
Easy mostly flat paved walk. Small parking area. If rain was recent, the stream / wetland overflows the paved path in a few places
This was a nice walk. I didn't measure in miles, but it took about 2,000 steps around the loop. It's was semi-secluded, nice scenery with the wet areas, the homes and all the animal sounds. We didn't see any animals, except dogs at a few houses. This should be marked with info, so others would know about it.
