Confirmed from Rolling Hills' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

👟 good for all levels 4 mentions

“Nice, clean fun Waterpark for all ages.”

Rolling Hills is one of my favorite parks! I’ve spent so many hours walking the trails; it’s a treasured place and always will be. The pictures speak for themselves.

What a fun place for families to enjoy! This water park is run by Washtenaw County. Both residents and non-residents are allowed. Non-residents pay a few dollars extra for tickets and parking, but overall the ticket prices are very affordable compared to mass water parks like Great Wolf.

★★★★★ — Maria , Aug 2022

We love this park and go here frequently every year. The disc golf course is a solid 18 holes that gets hilly and wooded on the back nine where the course lives up to its name. The picnic areas are well-maintained and the park is kept up well overall.

★★★★★ — Justin , Aug 2023

Nice paved path off of the road. Mild hills and some areas shaded with longer stretches of no tree cover. Bathrooms not open in off season except a porta potty at the soccer fields. A few mountain bike trails along the disc golf course.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
