Confirmed from Rome Point Trail Head's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Walking trails through the woods, with a rocky beach and views of the Jamestown Bridge.

Easy trail. Love to go there with my kids. There are huge amount of shells for kids to collect. Couldn't see the seals close but you can bring your binoculars. You mayne lucky
Plenty of parking and there's a bus stop. Nice 45 - 1 hour hike. Great for the dog and the view is a nice greeting at the end.
Love this trail any time of year. Really nice walk and ends on a nice quiet beach. Always bring some coffee down after a morning walk Have brought kids and family down this trail, kids loved collecting shells and stuff Head this way a couple times a month, really enjoy it. Make sure you hang a shell on the trees.
Great easy trail, with lots of trails spidering off the main trail, leading out to the beach. Dog friendly, however no recepticals to get rid of pet waste. Some areas a bit rocky, and tick preventative measures are necessary, just pulled 2 off myself from the other day (May 2025)
