Ryan's park trailhead is a great place to take your kids for a day out. The trolls in itself was worth the ride to Rhode Island.
Wonderful walk, but it can be long for individuals who may have trouble walking far distances- however, you can turn back at any point. It’s a relatively flat walk and not many hills. There is gravel so it can be a little bumpy. I saw people bike riding and that could be bumpy. Also, I saw people riding horses.
Ten miles of trails and walking paths from Lafayette Road near Filippou's Pizza to Belleville Pond near Oakhill Road it's nice for all young and old and as the leafs change colors it's great for fall photos....
Very nice place. Wide loop trail that has so many smaller ones inside of the loop. There is a giant Troll off the trail. You can search for all of them hiding in Rhode Island Forests via online map! Very cool. Dogs are allowed here but beware, there are lots of ticks so bring your bug spray. Have fun!
