Confirmed from Rose Place Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Rose Place Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (567 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 3 mentions

“It's clean, people are friendly, never crowded and it's big enough that if it is, there's still enough space for everyone.”

🌳 shaded & cool 6 mentions

“Cute little park, friendly people, nice walking trail and fun equipment for the kids that is shaded!”

Manicured park with a large walking trail and open space. Playground for smaller kids with a sandbox and a seesaw.

★★★★★ — Thelxie , Oct 2020

There is nothing bad to say about this park. It's a great place for all families. It's set up perfectly for walking for exercise or running. There is always someone at the park, either lounging, exercising, sports practice, or children with parents at the playground.

★★★★★ — Candy , Jan 2023

This park is okay! The play structure is shaded and toddler friendly. Children under 4 years old would definitely love it. There are multiple connecting sidewalks great for strolling and a drinking water fountain. Seating isn’t a problem as there are multiple benches and picnic tables.

★★★★☆ — Shainna , Dec 2021

Awesome family oriented park. The layout provides a covered, age appropriate obstacle course, swings to accommodate toddlers up to adults :) Open grass fields with shade trees, drinking fountains, covered picnic tables encircled by a sidewalk that's about a mile long.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 7 mentions

“Even though bathroom facilities are not available, my daughter prefers this park over others!”
