Beautiful boardwalk in steamboat. Visited during winter. Free parking.
Fun for the whole family. Extra cool when the flood plain is filled in the spring. Some cool views of the Yampa river and many different informational boards talking about the history of the valley, the river and the wildlife in the area.
What a hidden gem. Right off of Lincoln but if you're not looking for it you'll miss it. It wasn't too humid today so the boardwalk walk was pleasant. I can imagine it being miserable with bugs on a hot sticky day (the boardwalk is built over wetlands on the edge of the Yampa river).
A nice walk by the Yampa River. Good for viewing birds, fish and fishermen. Great for kids
