A fun visit to a quiet place with lots of hiking trail options mostly through piney flat woods and open areas. Bring water, hat, sunscreen, good hiking shoes if you want to explore as it's pretty primitive.

What a great gem of a park. Amazing trails, well blazed (marked), very secluded. We hiked up to one of the campgrounds and really look forward to camping here. These are great trails for hiking, wide and thicket free, well maintained. Be sure to scan the QR codes for the trail maps!!
Great place but don't trust in the trails as being "bike friendly". They are not. Stick to the gravel roads and enjoy.
