Confirmed from Sal J. Prezioso Mountain Lakes Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This park offers hiking & cross country skiing trails, a ropes course, camping shelters & cabins.

First time here and it was absolutely gorgeous. Lots of lashes and streams. Roads and trails are well maintained. I'm sure it'll get much busier when people start camping there but today it was so quiet and nice.
Nice park but fishing access is very limited. Great place for a picnic with the family. Hiking is great but be wary of snakes.
Nice park, with beautiful lakes, campsites. Trails are easy. Many parking spots along the road in the park.
It’s a beautiful setting to go anytime of the day. It has many trails and camping facilities . Beautiful look out point and gets very crowded on weekends. I like it on week days ...check before you go on their opening times .

Plan your run at Sal J. Prezioso Mountain Lakes Park
The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
