We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Santa Ana River Bike Trail yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Santa Ana River Bike Trail
We recommend you park your car at Yorba Park (free parking) and head towards Corona. The roads and scenery are beautiful, and you can enjoy cycling comfortably. The photos are in order from this Green River to mile marker 1. The scenery changes dramatically. Please refer to them.
What an amazing and clean bike trail. Great for beginners and the long time experienced. I would not recommend the parking lot in corona though since cars are always broken into. Park at the local businesses. The only other downside is there was no public restrooms on the trail.
It is a good trail to ride for everyone. It passes by many things that a perfect for taking pictures. It is also a little challenging if you are trying to do long distance riding if you are not use to doing so.
E-Bikes make this route a whole different game plan. But that sun is no joke wear a hat for sure
