Confirmed from Saunders Station Access-Westmoreland Heritage Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Trail built on a former rail line for hiking, biking, and fishing, with a playground and a Little Free Library.

This is a great access point to a trail and fishing in Turtle Creek. Pitcairin Monrieville Gun Club has been helping to stock this creek for 30 years .I was happy to be part of it today.
This is a really flat, crushed limestone rail trail. There are stunning rock walls most of the way towards Trafford with a nice Overlook trail and small pond with lovely swing benches at that end. There is a large paved parking lot at this trailhead and a small gravel lot across the street.
Very nice and well kept trail for bikers, walkers, dogs, etc. There are smaller trails that veer off into the trees and also follow along the water. Love the different scenery and the peacefulness!
This is an awesome trail! A great way to convert a railway. Nice coverage from the sun on a majority of the trail. There is an icecream shop off the trail at one point. Also a nice park with a pond, playground for children and pavilions/picnic tables.
