Great park for hiking. Has so much parking space for its size of a park, something to be very appreciative of. The Falling Waters (Blue, not Turqoise) Trail was really nice. The waterfalls were cool. It's not too difficult of a trail, but there is one area where you have to ascend/descend the slanted face of a rock.
Very beautiful park with multiple trails. Please note- if you are going on beeline trail then you have to come back using same trail OR ask your friend to come with car. Trail is moderate and not stroller friendly or bike friendly. Multiple options for picnic and barbeque. Ample space for parking.
It's a nice hike in Morris County. It's lined up with the "Patriot Path" so you can continue your hike without disruption. The couple times I have been there, I didn't venture too far. I was also hiking with little ones... We parked in the main lot and walked to the trail.
This park is one of my favorites. It beautiful! Wonderful waterfalls, a lake, and overlook. One if my favorite spots is the outdoor chapel which not many know about.
