Great, challenging, perimeter trail on the ridge around the park... Park is great, too... Lots of friendly dogs and their people...
We loved this park! There is so much open area with lots of green grass and trees everywhere. Dog owners are very respectful of one another. The dogs that can play with other dogs play, the dogs that need to have their space respected are respected.
Best park on DeSoto Ave! Clean, friendly, big. Has playground for human children, restrooms, benches, tables, trails. People let dogs off their leashes, so beware of that, but they are usually very nice, control them and keep them away from human children.
Very low-key park with a surprising amount of dogs off the leash. Peaceful place. It has a nice hiking trail that can take anywhere from 30 mins to an hour up and back depending on how far you go. I wouldn't go here if you don't have a dog and you're not interested in the hiking aspect.
