Confirmed from Seufert Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Eagles and salmon fishing are draws to this park featuring a dam, picnic tables, and a restroom.
What runners say about Seufert Park
“Very Beautiful, you can at times see many spieces of birds.”
Views of The Dalles Dam on the Columbia River, and I down fishing platforms ( be respectful and keep a distance from the platforms or any Indian fishing gear) This is a historic Indian fishing ground in what was the bottom end of a roiling chasm known as Les Dalles by early French Canadian fur trappers.
A great place to rest while travelling. Interesting views, relaxing sounds of the river running along the rocks, and a great place to let the dog stretch his legs.
Nice trails, good walking. Each trail is about a mile to the end and back, so very nice if you are tracking your walk/run miles
