Confirmed from Seven Oaks Nature Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Formal gardens featuring plants, trails and a serene lake.

Was my first time here at the beautiful park surrounded by lake. We had nice stroll with a hiking group. It is great place for running, biking and any outdoor enthusiasts. Lake view is beautiful. Would love to come back for some running or biking again. Not too far from Charlotte and Belmont downtown area.
A well-maintained and clearly marked trail offering beautiful views of the lake. Peaceful and relaxing, it's perfect for walking and hiking under the shade of a mixed forest.
Groounds and building was a sight to see and explore. If given the chance go check it out for good walk and picture location.
Loved it. It was nice to walk through to see all types of flowers and foliage. Would visit again.
