Confirmed from Show Low City Dog Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

This is a beautiful dog park with lots of trees and shade, grass and bushes, and even a walkway around the outside edge of the entire dog park. Our dogs had a blast here and got a lot of running done. There’s also a separate area for timid dogs.

First time here and a must for dogs! Shade and benches! Great sniffing to be had!

We discovered the Show Low City dog park while we were up there on a little trip! It is a wonderful place... it's like walking through a wooded park and there's so much space! The city has outdone themselves in providing it's citizens such a lovely place to enjoy with their pups!

The park was on the smaller size but made up for with amenities. There is a lot of shade and the landscape made it feel like the dogs were actually on a hike up in the mountains. There was water and doggie stations but they were completely empty. Make sure to bring your own bags.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
