Confirmed from Shutes Branch Recreation Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Naturalistic parkland on the banks of a lake named after former president Andrew Jackson.

Gorgeous place to relax. Lots of trees if you want to put up a hammock; plenty of fishing options. Several boat docks to put in the water; a large hiking path, and even a mountain bike range. All around very peaceful. Not too crowded either.
