Confirmed from Silver Comet Trail - Rambo Road's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Paved and concrete-surfaced trail over a bridge, through tunnels and across scenic areas.
What runners say about Silver Comet Trail - Rambo Road
“This spot on the trailhead is clean and well maintained.”
“This is a beautiful smooth paved trail that goes over a beautiful bridge and through a couple of tunnels.”
Beautiful trail for running, walking, or cycling. Continues to be my goto for solace, exercise, and balance. Carpe diem, friends!
I love that it's less popular to park at compared to say the Hiram trail head, but the porta potty is a turn off if you have kids who need to use it. I'm glad they have one but I was not a fan of it. Either way, I love going to this one and riding away from the city.
This spot on the trailhead is clean and well maintained. It alway feels safe and is always well populated when I've been here. Everyone who visits this location is friendly. There is a port-a-potty that is kept stocked and in thumbs-up condition.
One of the best trails that we’ve ever ridden! The trail is paved and the tunnels are electrically well lit. There are Sheriff’s patrols and they sweep the concrete trail! Fantastic trail with changes in elevations less than 2% (my estimate).

“Big news is that the gravel section in front of the nursery has been paved, so no more bike slides or bumps.”
