Confirmed from Soos Creek Park trailhead alternative's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park offering forest and lake views, plus trails suitable for walking, running, and horseback riding.

Well maintained paved trail that's good for hiking and biking. The only downside is you have to cross a couple of busy roads.
Great walking trail. My fiancé and I have gone here twice in the past couple of months. We love to walk and try new places quite often. Beautiful scenery, paved path, and both times the weather was perfect!
This is my go-to place for a good long walk. Depending on what you want there are areas that are sunny, shady, hilly,, flat. I am on this trail probably 5 to 6 days a week. I've seen the occasional bear there a couple of times but they are black bears and leave them alone and they'll leave you alone.
What a great trail! It is very long throughout the whole Kent and has all kinds of things. It's great for biking, jogging, or just taking a walk. And there's parks on the way too for you to stop by.

“There was a porta John by the parking area, which was also nice to have, because there are no facilities by my usual King County trails - but it was extremely nasty.”
