We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of South Beach Park, Boca Raton yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

A great walking trail and if you get lured to go on the beach, it's right there. Several openings to catch a wzve. I love the serenity of the walk and the fresh air of the wave. combined together . They have clean restrooms along the path and benches to rest or ponder.

This is a great spot to go for a walk, tan, or get in the ocean. I came on a Monday midday and it wasn’t very busy. It was a nice walk all the way up to red reef. I enjoyed watching the surfers.

South Point Beach in Boca Raton delivers. Clean, spacious sands, and water so clear it practically sends a thank-you note. I hit it midweek—no crowds, plenty of room to spread out and actually relax (amen).

Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
