Confirmed from South Park Fitness trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about South Park Fitness trail
“It is the perfect running and walking trail.”
The fitness stations were a good touch but a lot of the trails were inconsistent. Lots of cut-offs.
Well kept, lots of beautiful scenery, great workout stations, great loop, and not too crowded. There are always people walking dogs on leashes and also people playing Pokemon GO.
The fitness trail is so much fun. It is the perfect running and walking trail. The Skybus Exhibit is very interesting. This review is short and sweet!
FANTASTIC place to walk and workout, always clean well taken care of, also music and events done by the trail.,

- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
