Confirmed from Southview Trailhead - Iron Hills Trail System (mountain biking)'s own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Trails, with options for biking and walking as well as a downhill climb, and rock gardens.

Fun trail system right iff of intestate 15. Good place to stretch the legs and then grab a carne asada burrito at tacos El jefe afterward.
Really great trail system, although we just walked/ran with our dog. Very easy trail and not too steep. It was clean and I would definitely recommend coming here to just be with nature while not getting too tired. Kind of muddier than other hiking area when it rains d/t it being bettwr for bikes.
