Confirmed from Spring Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with a swimming pool, playgrounds, picnic areas, a boat launch, and a fishing pier.

“The Spring is so beautiful, I could stand there hours looking at the crystal clear gurgling waters coming up and overflowing into the pristine public wading pool.”
“Lots of shaded play areas, clean, nice pool (with reasonable entry fees) with (free) splash pads.”
“Our family went on the weekend and it was not a fight to get through traffic, it was not crowded, which enhanced our time spent looking at each and every tree.”
“It's decorated so nice at Christmas time, the park is big with plenty of options for all ages and the spring fed pool & splash pad is great to visit in the summer.”
What a little gem in downtown GCS. We visited in the middle of the week and there were mostly just families with small children at the park. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained and the play areas all appear clean and maintained as well.
I Absolutely Love this place. I saw a mama & baby manatee feeding very close to the white bridge & I WAS ANLE TO GET INCREDIBLY CLOSE VIDEO OF IT ALL.....The water, dock, swings near the water, nature & marine life is so incredible here. Love the playground too.
I love this park. Very clean, has restrooms. So much to do, Lots of grassy space, Sidewalks for walking, Dock for fishing, kayak launch, adult swings, 2 huge playgrounds for all ages, volley ball, pavilions, pool, little free library, the scenery. I'm sure I missed something. This park is great.
Green Cove Springs Park is a peaceful riverfront park along the St. Johns River with beautiful views, shady picnic areas, and a natural spring pool. It’s perfect for: • Relaxing walks • Fishing • Family picnics • Sunset views
