Small playground with two portable bathrooms, picnic tables and a couple benches. There was a path down to the water, rocky and not a great stroller walk. Kayak launch and swimming area if you wanted.
Awesome space. People hiking, people swimming, dogs on the trails, dogs in the water and my son and I with our rc crawlers. Nice trails and challenging rocks. We had a lot of fun. I deducted a star for the lack of parking. Over all we had a blast.
Great time of year to just walk about Elk Rock with hardly another person in sight. Rainy & windy ,even better sometimes!
I needed a break from working intensely and experiencing some frustrations. This park took care of all of that!! It was refreshing to be in nature so close to the city. It's got easy walking paths despite it being hilly. My 85-year-old mother was able to walk all the trails - even ones that were off the main paths.
