Such a beautiful place to take the kids for a walk or to run off some steam. A great place to get outside safely and explore all that nature has in store here in the Chicago suburbs. Fall last throes of color, look like a painting along the waterways path.
This park is absolutely beautiful and very well kept — just the perfect place to go for a walk when you need a little taste of nature. It has several different sections, which makes it even more enjoyable to explore. I’ve only seen part of it so far, and I already can’t wait to go back and check out the rest!
Nice little nature spot to check out with kids or adults alike. Good representation of the area's wildlife and plants. Beautiful hawks and owls. Places to sit or bring a picnic. Plenty of parking. Will be checking out the trails on the next visit. Well done right in Itasca!
We had no idea this beautiful hidden spot was just a 5-minute drive from home. Lovely walking paths, a museum, hawks, owls, and there were goats too! My kids were so happy to see them.
