Confirmed from Spyglass Ridge Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Forest and trail hike options with easy to moderate ratings.

Beautiful forested trails, well maintained with lots of varied terrain
A great easy hike in the middle of Lincoln City. Perfect for a quick jaunt. There's 2 trails inside this area. Take them all!!! Work up your heart rate so you can eat the cookie without guilt.
Beautiful country, I got here during the dry season so not many mushrooms but will always enjoy nature trails. Sure beats all the snowflakes in the cities
We enjoyed this wooded trail! Our 6 and 9 year old did great, and the scenery was beautiful. There are some inclines just as a note, nothing crazy. If you hang a left at the beginning, you won't begin the hike with a large incline. Lots of mushrooms and birds to enjoy looking at.
