Confirmed from Stewart Memorial Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Nature-filled, kid-friendly area featuring a picnic spot, hiking trails and swings.
What runners say about Stewart Memorial Park
“There's a beautiful stream running along a path for walking and a large gazebo area with a spot for having a fire.”
“Very pretty and peaceful.”
Great 1 mile trail through the woods. Also a covered picnic area and playground.
Very pretty and peaceful. There is a portable toilet there with toilet paper but no place to wash hands. There's a beautiful stream running along a path for walking and a large gazebo area with a spot for having a fire. Picnic tables and benches but not a whole bunch under the gazebo roof.
Nice park off the beaten path. The hike thru the woods is nice, and full of bridges. And it does loop around back to the park if you stay on the path. Just follow your best friend. I couple areas are pretty "Rooty", so watch your step. And there are a couple muddy areas too. But it is Washington ☺. Enjoy
Really enjoy walking this trail, it's a bit more challenging than others, but it's beautiful

“My family comes here to walk the loop when we want a bit more "topography" - the trails aren't totally flat, and occasionally they cross bridges.”
