Confirmed from Makarenko Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Dog-friendly park featuring grassy areas, a soccer field and woodsy trails.

Beautiful trail and nice big open field. Definitely recommend taking a nice quiet walk through here. 😄 Doggo definitely enjoyed it. 11/10
Makarenko Park is great park for a quiet walk in the woods... Thank You... D. S Makarenko and Olivetta Faulkner.
A wonderful one mile woodsy walk with my grandchild. The park has a soccer field and welcomes dogs. We meet kind people and friendly pets. The excersize is good and my grandchild loves to run the cared for trail. It's local and set in town. However feels like you left town. Slight inclines and declines.
Trail conditions & character
