Confirmed from Stony Creek Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

This is a small but very peaceful park with a pond. People do fishing and we can see some ducks. During winter it freezes, short trial are there, I like the bench at the top where we have a good viewpoint. Just opposite to it there is Ryan homes(town homes).

A lovely local park on W Hancock St in Lansdale. Great place to walk when it’s very hot and sunny. There’s plenty of shade on the trails. The park is well planned for the community. Family friendly playground with benches, picnic area with 12 tables, gazebo, and 2 grills.

This is a really nice small park. There is a pond for fishing, well maintained walking paths and a playground. I was startled by the 2 tents and people living in the woods blaring music. I didn’t expect to see that in this park..

This park is located in Landsdale. It has a small pond, pavilion, an elaborate playground and lots of trails. It is well maintained and clean. Walkways at the front of the park are paved and the others are crushed gravel. In the vast wooded area there are several wooden raised walkways over the shallow creeks.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

The practical stuff

  • AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
  • SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
  • DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
  • ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
  • At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
