I remember walking the trails and sledding here when I was a kid, long before the tornado nearly destroyed the park and killed a small group of people. The park looks better and is well maintained.
Great spot for a nice little hike or walk. You can take a loop in the flat field, go up to the fire tower, or venture on one of the trails. The park is also home to the Stratham Fair, Food Truck Event, and other activities.
Clean well stocked bathrooms. The grounds are always clean and grass well trimmed. I go down rabbit road not the main entrance and if open go in the big parking lot on the right side before the barn. Big open field and if you walk further down a great place to hike with your dog.
Fun place to visit, plenty of bike trails and the observer on top of the hill is just great. The view is breathtaking. Go visit soon!
