Confirmed from Sugden Regional Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Where do I even start... This is definitely the BEST park I’ve been in my entire life... and believe me when I say this because I’ve been to so many different parks but this one... This park is truly PERFECT! Starting with the 62 acres in TOTAL this park covers..

Neat park focused on watersports. Sailing, kayaking, and adaptive water-skiing area . Nice beach area and swimming at own risk. Pavilions and piers around the lake as well as walking trail. 1 large playground and 1 smaller one. Central located restrooms. Butterfly garden.

Great place to have a family day. You can go swimming, have a bbq, take a walk along the trail, ride on boats, play sports, they have also put in this beautiful butterfly area and it's so relaxing to sit there and read a book and watch the butterflies fly around you. There are bears in the area now.

This is a great park to enjoy walking around the large lake. The trail is nice to walk with partial sun and shade, excellent parking, playground, restroom, docks, birds and overall scenery around the lake. My husband enjoys fishing in the lake and the canal behind the lake.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
