Confirmed from Teaneck Creek Conservancy's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

You know, calling it just a 'park' almost feels like an understatement! What you've got there in Teaneck is truly a breathtaking pocket of pure nature, a genuine little forest nestled right in the middle of everything.

★★★★★ — Marina , May 2025

Such a hidden gem! Watched a family of geese swimming and eating. A great egret wading in the water. Saw my first Baltimore Oriele here. Watched a few deer eating. Plenty of parking. Lots of cool sculptures. Flat and easy hiking for families. No restroom or potty available. No parking or admission fees.

★★★★★ — Amy , May 2025

Nice place to go for a walk and clear your mind. Lots of birds and other wildlife can be heard and seen. There is a trail making it suitable for children and seniors as well. The best time to come here is in Autumn.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
