If you like being outdoors and hiking, this is a place to see. Nice inclines to give you a nice workout. Potential of slipping so make sure to bring the proper gear, safety first. Watching the sunrise after making your way to the top, doesn't get better than that.
This is a great trail - first 1.5 is super easy, but buckle up for the last 1.5 miles. It's basically straight up on concrete and it is definitely a doozy - I thought it would be easier because of the concrete, but it's a lot harder on the knees on the way back down. Definitely worth doing if you have a couple hours.
Challenging but very rewarding hike with beautiful views. Easy parking access. Do wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
I love this trail. I try to jog it whenever I'm in the area. It is not steep until you get to the gate. It isn't that far though. Every time I'm there I see groups of senior citizens up top, so you can do it too.
