Confirmed from The Trails at Cowenton Ridge Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about The Trails at Cowenton Ridge Park
a nice and easy paved trail in a loop, with a less traveled in unpaved trail through the woods.
A nice paved, short loop that is easy enough for my young daughter to ride her bike. Almost empty but fairly noisy due to the close proximity to the highway. Great on a hot day because it is 100% shaded.
I enjoyed my walk on this trail. A short walk, but I just went around a few times. There is a lot of traffic noise, but with wearing airpods, not a big deal. The hours per Google, are listed as 24 hours, but signage stated that the park closes at sunset.
Wooded - Nice Paved Short Loop Trail - Background noise from adjacent I -95 can be an issue. One time could not hear young kid on bicycle coming up from behind. Kid almost ran into me.
