Confirmed from The Trek at Tehaleh's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about The Trek at Tehaleh

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (25 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

👟 good for all levels 2 mentions

“Very well built family friendly for all levels of experience”

Brand new bike park. Parking lot still “locked” . Plenty of “street parking” Bathrooms are here, but locked. Trails are definitely cross country / mountain orientated. Nettle trail is called nettle, quite literally because there is nettle that you will touch. Very rooty.

Awesome neighborhood trail system. Well thought out and fun for any level of mt biker. Perfect for afternoon laps.

Yeah what a blast! I rode it Monday Friday Saturday Pretty sure my body has never felt better. I also found some of the non network trails which was awesome. Thought I was gonna end up in orting going downhill one of them lol but it wrapped around onto the elk club or madrona loop

This is our new favorite local mountain bike park. Great trails, variety of difficulty and tech vs. flow. Compared with Swan Creek, Tehaleh has longer climbs and is more "in the forest"...i.e. you don't get glimpses of apartments or hear play fields, It's beautiful and fun. Great parking and bathrooms too.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🅿️ Trailhead parking 5 mentions

“There is also a brand new paved parking lot and pit toilets provided by Pierce County Parks.”

“Also, the one way loop system, is kinda a bummer when you want to repeat sections, but are forced to run the entire green loop.”
