Confirmed from Thomas Knight Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Small park overlooking the harbor and bridge, with benches, checker and chess tables.

Very nice place to walk and watch the boats Kids love it As up close as your going to be able to get to the ships in the harbor. Great place
Its a nice little place to go watch the water and reflect. Its around the corner from a perfect little brewery (Foulmouthed Brewing) and at the foot of a walk way that crosses the bridge right into Portland.
nice short walk. Gets you very close to active boat passage. Shady and cooler on a hot day... Limited parking ( on road).
I love the park it's a great place to walk your dog or to just sit and enjoy the warm summer breeze off the ocean

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
