Confirmed from Timber Creek Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This large, woodsy place has trails, pavilions & restrooms, plus a 9-acre enclosed area for dogs.
What runners say about Timber Creek Park
“it seems well kept and clean.”
Even though there is absolutely no signage for this park, this is a great dog park! The fenced in area is about 9 acres, walking the inside perimeter once is roughly a 1/2 mile in distance. It's wooded with plenty of trails and my pups love running all around in there chasing squirrels and playing with other dogs.
Very few blaze markers on most of the trails. That was a surprise for such a nice park. I used AllTrails app which helped me get oriented since it was only the second time I was here. Looking forward to the fall views of the back small pond and creek area.
Literally the best dog park I've ever been to. We love that it is a giant fenced wooded area. Dogs run around through the woods and play and there's tons for them to sniff and look around. It's like being in the wild woods. Just fenced in. Wish there was a dog park like this everywhere.
Great place to go for a walk with your dog. Go early and walk and meditate with your dog. Lots of trees. Area is well kept. Playground available for kids. Restrooms available during scheduled hours. Picnic tables available to have picnic or coffee.
