Tinker Nature Park is a unique small park that has a lot to offer. It has one big trail loop along with an inside loop trail with different pathways. The park has 2 swamps, lots of wildlife with birds and with lots of migratory birds pass through Tinker in May and stay all Summer and leave around Fall.
Great place for a long, peaceful walk. You will almost always see some sort of beautiful wildlife. Lots of deer, beautiful birds, neat frogs, etc. Nice trails that are handicap accessible or, for my case, easy to push a stroller on. Lots of places to sit if you need a break or just want to take in your surroundings.
Great place for nature and wildlife fanatics, as well as history buffs! The trails are awesome, winding through wetlands, dense forests, and fields of wildflowers.
The trails here are beautiful. As the seasons change, so does the look and feel of the grounds. The Canada Geese and their goslings in the spring, the frogs sounding at sunset in the summer, the changing leaves in the autumn, and the stark light and bare branches of winter.
