Confirmed from Token Creek County Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Large 427-acre green space offering walking & equestrian trails, volleyball courts & campsites.
What runners say about Token Creek County Park
“Large park with great pavilions, open and inviting areas, it's well maintained, and is located in a convenient spot.”
“Grounds are mixed with wide beautiful lawns and park backs up to a large wildlife refuge marsh area with walking trails.”
“People were having gatherings in all the shelters but it was quiet.”
We stayed 1 night in early May, site 34. Campground is very well maintained. Ours was an electric site and could accommodate our overall length of 61 ft (truck n trailer) without unhitching. Bath house was close by, clean and well done. I always love showers with doors for privacy, not just a curtain.
Token Creek Park is a 427 acres of landscapes, woodlands, streams, springs, and open spaces. Well-maintained county park accommodating a variety of outdoor activities. Hiking, biking, equestrian trails, disc golf, fishing, playground, and picnicking, with plenty of tables and shelters available.
Large park with great pavilions, open and inviting areas, it's well maintained, and is located in a convenient spot. I'll be back! Edit: I've now been back a handful of times, and the park continues to be one of my favorite county parks. There are miles of hiking trails that are well groomed and very enjoyable.
This is an excellent park, there are several miles of trail, a boardwalk, and signage. There are several parking areas and restroom facilities. There is a campground that requires reservations. There are many trail maps around the park. There is a dog park as well.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
