All the years I have gone to Brenham I never knew about the cistern. Nice little place to walk around and read about the history. The cistern is enclosed with glass and the flowers are beautiful.
Really cool little place to sit down and relax while you do some light shopping. I really love the variety of flowers that I saw and how the running water sounds as it runs down beside you. It’s a rather small place but it’s so nice and pretty. There are many cool murals next to it that you can also appreciate.
It's a very small area between two buildings but there are signs with some very interesting information about Texas's history. There is also a cistern to view and a bit of garden. If you're walking around Brenhem it's a nice spot to visit.
