We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

The ride along the trail near Harrison is wonderful in the fall. The beauty of the river, the trees changing colors, a bite of fall in the air all create a special memory. You might even encounter a moose!
Great trail for hiking, running, walking dog walking, bird watching and biking.
Gorgeous trail. My favorite sections are west of Cataldo and around Harrison.
Beautifully maintained trail with amazing peaceful views and plenty of entertaining wildlife. We took it to Harrison and swing by the bike shop for a beer and a snack. 20 miles round trip and it was worth every mile!
